Developing a Strong Brand

Developing a Strong Brand

© Vincent Teeuwen

Developing a strong brand is really about your business intelligence as much as anything else. That's true whether you're looking at a personal brand or at branding a product you're producing and promoting.

How business-savvy are you? In order to succeed at branding a product you have to make good use of marketing collateral. In personal branding that can be as simple as having a business card and a webpage. When you move to a product of some type, marketing collateral means sales brochures and printed product information, posters and signs, materials for making a good product presentation, and even product white papers you can hand out in a meeting.

Bottom line: strong branding takes good market collateral. And putting that together requires a commitment to work.
