Hamas and Israel reached a cease-fire in June 2008 under the guidance of Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak. The cease-fire is now over and there an all out ware there Gaza. Each side is blaming the other for breaking the cease-fire. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Saturday blamed Hamas for breaking a cease-fire with Israel. Palestinians are claiming that it was Israel who broke the cease-fire.
